You are welcome. Darlene's blog ...Chasing Joy,
You are welcome. Darlene's blog is the perfect example of a happiness project because unlike some of the happiness authors out there she has real struggles.Savvyworkinggalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08159197609419858161noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34866775.post-83036671939131437262013-11-29T01:41:54.165-06:002013-11-29T01:41:54.165-06:00This is a great interview. You have reminded me to pay her a visit.

I like the interview because I did not realize that she started her blog when she was having a hard time. That is my story too :-)

Thanks for linking up for #FlashbackFriday.Chasing Joyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07958034937629421135noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34866775.post-21623250760709379782013-11-25T18:53:14.501-06:002013-11-25T18:53:14.501-06:00Very inspiring bio - thanks for sharing! Once again thanks so much for agreeing to...Darlene,
Once again thanks so much for agreeing to be interviewed, you’ve provided such great information. I've never read any of Rhonda Byrne's books, but I have previously kept a gratitude journal. I actually stopped after I read of all the things Gretchen Rubin tried for her happiness project she found a gratitude journal the least effective. I started keeping one again after I stumbled across your blog. For me, I sometimes use my journal to help me calm down, keep me from obsessing and to change my perspective. For example - thank goodness Roger found my mistake before the financials were distributed to management. Instead of OMG Roger discovered another error.
Savvyworkinggalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08159197609419858161noreply@blogger.com
